HD one is slightly more expensive but i can just about afford it if its worth making the jump
both 1GB graphics card|||GT520 is probably a better choice. nVidia cards are more reliable for gaming and by looking at the link below, it probably is the better choice.

However, if you can squeeze out just a few more bucks, you can get a Radeon 5570 that will spank them both.|||name your budget, both cards suck for gaming. 5670 / GT 240.
