Asus gt440 vs Asus gt520 silent?

Hello im just trying to see which of these graphics cards are better. I just bought my asus gt440 a month ago and walked into a computer store and found the Asus gt520 silent and the guy at the store said it was better. Is it? And by how much. This info would really help me and a friend. Here are both cards

The GT 440 isn't exactly the greatest card but it's actually twice as fast a GT 520. I'm being honest... the GT 440 really does have twice the graphics power. I'm not using a figure of speech.

The GT 520 isn't meant for gaming. It's place is a replacement for onboard graphics that don't have High-Definition playback....The GT 520 is a media card, not a gaming card. The GT 520 isn't fit to max out a game like Minecraft.

On the other hand, The GT 440 is meant to make an older system able to play PC games. You can put a GT 440 into a HP or Dell that has a 300w power supply and the card will work fine. You can play damn near every PC game on the market with the GT 440. However, you will have to turn the settings down if you're playing some of the newer games. It will work just fine with MW3.

I don't know what kind of processor you have. A good Quad-Core processor will support a faster card like a GTX 460, GTX 550ti, Radeon 6870. However these are power hungry cards that need a 450w-500w power supply. If you want to more than double your FPS, gaming power, and you do have a good processor, then a card like the Radeon 6850 or GTX 460 would be a good pick.
